Caprese with 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • Ingredients for 4 people
  • Buffalo Mozzarella: About 300 gr.
  • Tomatoes: 3-4
  • Basil, salt, oregano
  • 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil: to taste

Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and remove the seeds.

Slice the mozzarella to a thickness of 2-3 millimeters and arrange the two ingredients alternately on the serving plate.

Season with salt, oregano and a few leaves of fresh green basil.

Dress with 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, giving fragrance, strength and goodness to the whole dish.
